Module Description: This course aims to provide Fintech concepts and theories into an organisation. With the disruptive technologies, we realize the potential for distributed ledgers to revolutionize the corporate governance. It covers how blockchain and artificial intelligence are changing the market and corporate governance. It covers a knowledge for different cryptocurrencies using for payments and trading. It provides a critical evaluation of existing cryptocurrencies platforms and examines the risks and challenges presented by a sea change of disruption.
