Module Description: This module illustrates the several types of commercial companies, their establishments, characteristics, rights and liability of directors, partners/shareholders, governance and financing, merger and takeover, distributions and capital maintenance; Public disclosure & market regulation. It also discusses insolvency and bankruptcy.
