Module Description: The aim of the module is to provide students with an understanding of the relevant laws and regulations in the UAE applicable to employment including the rights and obligations of employers and employees and to familiarize them with international labour standards. The module covers the development and sources of labour law in UAE, working conditions, Emiratisation legislations, international labour standards and resolution of employment disputes.
