Module Description: This module is concerned with the rules and principles that govern the submission of evidence in commercial and civil cases under UAE law and English law. It discusses, inter alia, formal & informal documents, testiomany, oath and expertise.
The module coordinator will provide students with mandatory texts on UAE Law prepared purposefully for this particular module.
