Module Description: The module deals with litigation proceedings in civil and commercial matters under UAE law along with comparisons with such procedures under English law. It discusses the structure of the courts, the steps of filing a lawsuit, the proceedings before each court, and the drafting and issuance of judgments.
The module coordinator will provide students with mandatory texts on UAE Law, prepared purposefully for this particular module.
