Module Description: This module aims to introduce students to the principles behind the law of foreign investment, familiarise them with the legal framework that governs the making and protection of foreign investment. The odule covers the history of international investment law, sources of international investment law, role and functions of international investment law, foreign investment contracts and settlement of investment disputes.
