Module Description: The purpose of this module is to examine the distinctiveness of national norms of corporate governance in advanced and emerging economies. It will provide students with the knowledge of the processes through which international patterns of corporate governance are emerging. The module will examine the pressures of globalisation forces and international organisations on national corporate governance regimes.
