Module Description: This module introduces students to the legal framework and business related areas of law. The module provides a general overview of the law in the business area. It will examine how the law operates to ensure coherence, fairness and efficiency in the conduct of business. Students will study the interaction between various principles of business law, current legal issues in the business world, case studies and learn how to apply legal rules to hypothetical problems.
