Module Description: This module aims to introduce students to public international laws, familiarising them with the framework and mechanisms of the international legal system through both a theoretical and practical angle. The module covers a range of core topics, including the subjects of international law, the sources of international law, the settlement of disputes, the use of force, state responsibility, jurisdiction and the law of treaties.
