Module Description: This module is concerned with the rules and principles that govern the execution procedures of the executive documents stated by the UAE Law of Civil Proceedings along with comparisons with the parallel rules and principles of English law. The module covers including executive documents; summary execution; enforcement of foreign judgments; execution procedures; objections to execution; sequestrations; execution in kind; detention of the debtor.
The module coordinator will provide students with mandatory texts on UAE Law, prepared purposefully for this particular module.
