Open Educational Resources (OER) are teaching and learning materials that you may freely use and reuse at no cost, and without needing to ask permission. Unlike copyrighted resources, OER have been authored or created by an individual or organization that chooses to retain few, if any, ownership rights.
The Mason OER Metafinder (MOM)
The Mason OER Metafinder is a federated search that helps you find Open Educational Resources. The OER Metafinder launches a real-time, simultaneous search across 22 different sources of open educational materials as you hit the Search button.
Free access to academic eBooks, magazines, movies, documentaries etc. from the British Council until march 2021. All you will need to do is register.
Arabic Collections Online (ACO) is a publicly available digital library of public domain Arabic language content. ACO currently provides digital access to 17,262 volumes across 10,148 subjects drawn from rich Arabic collections of distinguished research libraries. It was founded with the support of NYU Abu Dhabi and is currently supported by major grants from Arcadia, a philanthropic fund of Lisbet Rausing and Peter Baldwin, and the Carnegie Corporation of New York. This digitization project aims to display up to 23,000 volumes from the collections of the New York University Library and partner institutions.
